"Jump Rope For Heart"

Jayden Chambers, in Mrs. McCraney's first grade class, poses with the medal he received for participating in the Jump Rope for Heart. Jayden did his part to save a heart by raising $730 for the American Heart Association.

On March 4, 2010, Shiloh Elementary hosted "Jump Rope for Heart" in order to
raise money for the American Heart Association. The Shiloh community
embraced the students' efforts and in return, almost $4,000 was raised for
the cause. One particular student, in Mrs. McCraney's first grade class,
demonstrated a great desire to help. Jayden Robbins raised $730, the most
ever raised by a Shiloh student. Thank you to all of the students, parents
and community members who helped make the Jump Rope for Heart a success.
