Three Headed Principal?
Sarah and Beckie Budds reporting here. We won a chance to be a Principal for the day, with Dr. Jones. On Friday November 4th, that day had come! We started the day, standing beside Dr. Jones, saying good morning to everyone in the carpool. Everyone looked a little sleepy, but they were ready to start school.
After a while, we went in with Dr. Jones to do the morning message. Today’s message was about cyber bullying. Then the real work began.
We learned to grade tests with the test magic machine, use the fax machine, the photocopier machine and the printer. Did you know, Dr. Jones gets over 100 e-mails a day and has to reply to them all within 1 day! Phew!
Then our mom brought in Chick-fil-a for all of us. Yummy! Our friend, Liam’s Flat Stanley, from Chicago, came to deliver the food.
At the end of the day, we walked the hallways for a small time and then headed back to our classrooms. Really, we would rather have stayed with Dr. Jones all day…but we are not so sure about having to do all that hard work.
Sarah and Beckie Budds…signing out!
