A Day Made Better
Teachers spend approximately $1,000 out of their own pockets each year to offset school budget shortfalls and ensure that their students have the necessary classroom resources for learning. The OfficeMax A Day Made Better program, in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, aims to help end the need for teacher-funded classrooms.
This year, Sarah Stephens, who teaches at Marshville Elementary, was surprised by representatives of Office Max as the recipient of the "A Day Made Better" honor! Mrs. Stephens received over $1000.00 worth of much needed school supplies for her Kindergarten classroom.
Congratulations to Mrs. Sarah Stephens!
