Sandy Ridge Says No To Bullying
Students in Mrs. Lepley and Mrs. Nichols class are engaged in PBL, Project Based Learning. Their first project centered around Bullying. Students selected between acting out a skit, creating a powerpoint, doing a speech, or creating a poster about anti-bullying. Students did their own research and presented their projects on Sept. 26th. Lorenzo's pizza has sponsored an Anti-Bullying day at Sandy Ridge on Oct. 9th. Everyone will wear orange shirts, enjoy a special lunch in the cafteria, and pledge to stop bullying. Mrs. Nichols class created a pledge, "I will respect differences, ask for help, make a change, and stand up for bullying." Help us support Anti-bullying and wear orange on Oct. 9th. STOP BULLYING!!!
