Piedmont Middle School's Business Class Plays the Market

 In Mrs. Griffin’s Business Class, eighth graders were given $1,000 to invest in the stock market. Students learned how to check stock prices, budget money, and the pros and cons of the stock market. The object of the game was to have the most stock and the most amount of money left after one week of trading. The top investors received a $5 gift card to Bruster’s Ice Cream.
