After School’s Fall Festival

Prospect’s After School’s Fall Festival was a huge success!  The fall festival was a reward for the students collecting over 400 items for the Union County Community Shelter.

For every four items the students brought in for the Union County Community Shelter, they were awarded one throw at Ms. Hudson in the dunking booth.  Addison D. brought in the most items for the community shelter by bringing in 17 items.

Additional activities during the fall festival included pie throwing, magic show, candied apple walk and games.

Mallory B. said “I think that my favorite part would be the magic show.  It was awesome!  The magician pulled a dove out of someone’s hair.  He also turned a one dollar bill into a five dollar bill, you could not even tell how he was doing it!”

The After School staff and students enjoyed collecting items and celebrating their achievement.  Now, they are all looking forward to their next community project.
