Archived Stories for Union County Public Schools
For the past couple weeks, students in Kindergarten have been learning about how things change over time. First, we studied pumpkins and how they grow throughout the year from a seed to an orange pumpkin. Next, we learned about how we, as people, change over time. Parents of students in Mrs. Stephens class were asked to send in baby pictures of students. The kids in the class had so much fun trying to figure out who the babies were in the photos. We compared what we did as babies to ALL we can do know that we are in Kindergarten. The students were also asked to illustrate what they wanted to be when they grew up and became adults. Pictured here are a few students holding their baby pictures and also their "What I want to be" drawings.
