Fuel up to play 60 at East Union Middle School

Fuel Up To Play 60 at East Union encourages students to become healthier through their meals and physical activity. The cafeteria will be adding to their “Got Milk” awareness campaign with new banners and eye catching displays. Earlier this year the cafeteria was renamed as the East Union Café.

The Physical Education department kicked off the year by joining the Nickelodeon Worldwide Day of Play. The entire student body & staff were provided with physical activity throughout the day into the evening. During the evening families were invited to come out and play. Ms. Henderson’s and Ms. Snodgrass ‘s seventh grade girls took part in the daily Fuel Up To Play 60 nutrition program.

Vanessa Martinez and Harley Bostic both received prizes for the highest point total during the first semester.
