Weddington Elementary invites you to participate in our Jump Rope for Heart event

Jump Rope for Heart is a fun event where students can jump rope; learn about their heart and how to keep it healthy, while raising money for the American Heart Associations. Weddington Elementary School invites you to participate in our Jump Rope for Heart event, Saturday, March 1st beginning at 9am – 11am in the WMS Gymnasium!

Jump Rope for Heart engages elementary and middle school students with jumping rope while empowering them to improve their own health and help other children with heart-health issues.

They will learn how to develop heart-healthy habits, being physically active and the importance of taking care of their heart! When participating in Jump Rope for Heart, it raises awareness and donations that will go to the American Heart Assocation. The American Heart Association uses all donations to help doctors discover new treatments and to help pay for new medicines for children. With your support, we can help protect and improve children’s health!
