A Seussical Adventure

On March 5th, our kindergarten students traveled to Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, NC to see an adaptation of the Broadway musical, Seussical!

The children were entranced by the mischievous Cat in the Hat, as he led them on a romp through the Seuss classics.

Their imagination went wild, as Horton the elephant desperately fought to save and protect the tiny, unseen people of Who-ville.

After all, “a person’s a person, no matter how small!”

To top off their exciting field trip experience, our kindergarteners then enjoyed a picnic lunch at Stallings Park!

A great time was had by all, as the children tried out all of the different kinds of playground equipment that the park had to offer.
