We Built It!
Ms. Judy’s Pre-K class learned about how we can help our world on Earth Day. We learned about the three “R’s” recycle, reduce and reuse. We also thought about another “R”, re-invent.
Together with their families, our Pre-K students completed their first real “homework” assignment. They reused packaging (mostly from cereal boxes) to create a home. The students added details and photos to make each “homework” assignment very personal. The students enjoyed working with their families and were so proud to bring their finished homework to school.
We shared our wonderful re-invented homes with our Marvin Community in a hallway presentation. What can you make out of your empty packaging?
