Ronald McDonald Visits Prospect
Ronald McDonald and his helper Ms. Kay visited Prospect to empower the kindergarten students’ to find the fun in reading.
The focus of the program was to engage kindergarten students’ with a presentation that inspired them to find the fun in reading. Ronald used many props and magic tricks along with jokes to keep the students and teachers laughing and entertained. Ronald taught students how change their voice as they read stories to make them fun and to set aside time during the day especially for reading.
In a fun and interactive way Ronald was able to express how important reading is for all students and inspired them to be readers. As the students exited the gym to go back to class, they gave Ronald McDonald a high five and headed towards a life filled with reading that can be exciting.
