Fifth grade shows positive PACK rules

Fifth grade students create a set of incentives together and assign points to each one.
This year, students in Ms. Sullivan’s fifth grade class are very excited about creating expectations together. And for good reason. Anytime they are “caught” showing off their excellent display of the expectations, they get a ticket that they can exchange for a point in their behavior incentive system, ClassDOJO. In addition to their class expectations, the students have created an incentive list and assigned points to each incentive. They can exchange the points they earn for the incentives. ClassDOJO is an excellent way to help students stay focused on their behavior in a positive way. It really focuses and builds on what the students are doing well instead of taking things away. The combination of the tickets and the points is a favorite of students and teachers alike. Waxhaw Elementary and Room 392 is a positive place to be!
