CHS Named A+ School

Congratulations to Cuthbertson High School for being named an A+ school from the 2014-2015 school year! Our school “Exceeded Growth” in all academic areas during the 2014-2015 school year. In fact, our growth increase was 6.85%, a record-breaking percentage of growth for our school. In addition to exceeding growth, our school met all 55 federal and state target goals, as well as increased in overall proficiencies in all categories used to measure accountability under the READY Accountability Model.

Our school also closed the achievement gap between all subgroups of students tested. Furthermore, our graduation rate was the highest in school history with 98.5% of the Class of 2015 graduating from high school within four years. We are proud of the A+ we received for overall academic performance.

Dr. Schroeder credits the school's academic success to our hardworking students and staff, as well as the parents who promote education and stay so involved in their child's academic success. She pledges to continue to provide the very best educational opportunities and resources for our students to ensure the success of every student.
