Leadership and Character Count
On Friday night, September 18th six students from Rocky River were recognized at the Monroe Redhawk football game for their character and what makes them great. We are very proud of these leaders and exceptional role models.
Kindergarten----Matthew Wilson-Matthew is a great leader. He comes to school prepared and ready to learn every day. He is the first person to help a friend in need. I am sure that Matthew will continue to be a successful kindergarten student.
First Grade-----Emma Hammond- She is an excellent friend and a huge leader in our classroom. She loves to help the teacher and her classmates without having to be asked.
Second Grade-----Brady Hanna-- Brady is a great role model in the classroom. He is a hard worker and a great helper.
Third Grade-----Matthew Watts - he shows great determination in everything he does. He is a leader in the classroom, making good choices in and around the school, who other children can learn from.
Fourth Grade-------Caleb Funderburk is a true leader in our classroom. He is kind to everyone and is ready to help at any time.
Fifth Grade------Amyah Hall- Always looking for ways to help the class and is extremely responsible keeping up with the duties of a classroom secretary.
