Sandy Ridge Jumps for American Heart Association
Sandy Ridge celebrated another successful year of our Jump Rope for Heart program. Sandy Ridge collected over $8,000 this year and our classrooms with the highest totals included: Kindergarten â€“ Mrs. Laura Kiger, First Grade â€“ Mrs. Kelly Pascarella, Second Grade â€“ Mrs. Velva Watts, Third Grade â€“ Mr. Allen Webb, Fourth Grade â€“ Mrs. Kelly Nicoletti and Fifth Grade â€“ Mr. Robert Vincent..
Congratulations also go out to the following classrooms that had the highest percentage of student participation: Mrs. Millendorfâ€™s kindergarten class, Mrs. Burch and Mrs. Pascarella first grade classes, Mrs. Clemens second grade, Mrs. Shelleyâ€™s third grade class, Mrs. Nicolettiâ€™s fourth grade and Mrs. Biggerstaffâ€™s fifth grade class!
A hefty CONGRATULATIONS goes out to our top three money raisers this year, Gabriel Elder, Madalyn Baucom and King Carter.
Sandy Ridge Elementary School has been participated in Jump Rope for Heart, the past 4 years and has raised over $50,000 for the American Heart Association.
